01

Destination and end use

The destination, intended end use and relevant project conditions form part of the discussion. Applicable restrictions, approvals and the evidence needed must be established for the specific project.

02

Evidence and partner responsibilities

We distinguish company identity from product and component origin. Each party’s supply, technical, documentation and acceptance responsibilities are to be defined. Evidence must relate to the entity, configuration and purpose it actually covers.

03

Confidentiality and appropriate channels

This public website and general email are only for non-sensitive, unclassified information. Confidential exchange must be agreed separately. An NDA alone does not authorise classified exchange or provide an approved channel. Classified information requires appropriate authorisation and approved channels and facilities.

04

Business integrity

Clear roles, accurate information and documented changes are the basis for project discussions. Contract conditions and each party’s responsibilities should be understandable and recorded. Official tender procedures and prescribed submission channels must be followed.
